I built my rig last year and it's been an evolution every few months. The latest config is as follows:

Manufacturer: I built it and went from water cooling to not.. I tried doing the cryogenic method but it was cooling the cards too fast and processors and wearing them out too fast.

How is the Physx card working out for you? I was thinking of getting a separate card for physx but since I'm using a GTX 285 I figure that my card has enough computing power for both gpu rendering and physx. Plus you have the extra power draw and heat from a second card too. If COD 5 takes advantage of physx I would definitely do it though.

physX works great but its not supported by much games yet, i dont think cod5 supports it and yeah the temps increases a lot.
